The PROF304QBXT is the 30-inch, four-burner entry point into Bertazzoni’s current Professional Series drop-in gas cooktops, using the same brass MonoBloc burner construction as the wider 36-inch and 48-inch Professional cooktops and rangetops. Brass caps are heavier than the aluminum caps on Bertazzoni’s narrower ranges and will sit proud if reassembled even slightly out of true, which shows up immediately as a lopsided flame rather than a gradual one.
