The REF24BMBIPNV is the current built-in bottom-mount refrigerator that replaced the older REF24BMFX naming discussed elsewhere on this site, and it adds an automatic ice maker the earlier generation didn’t have as standard. Its sliding-door integration mechanism is a genuinely different part from a hinged door’s hardware, and binding there shows up as the door not sitting flush with the surrounding cabinet panel rather than as a cooling complaint.
