Bertazzoni Range

Bertazzoni HER366BCFGMXG

Model # HER366BCFGMXG

Bertazzoni range repair

Unlike the existing Heritage dual-fuel range in this lineup, the HER366BCFGMXG is all-gas end to end — gas burners on top, a gas-fired oven and infrared broiler below, with no electric elements or self-clean cycle anywhere in the appliance. That means there’s no motorised door latch to fail, but it also means a cool-running oven or a broiler that won’t catch points straight at the gas side: the thermostat valve or the broiler’s own igniter, not a shared electric part.

FAQ

Bertazzoni HER366BCFGMXG FAQ

No — the all-gas oven doesn’t self-clean, so there’s no motorised door latch to develop the self-clean-related problems that show up on the electric-cavity models.

With the gas supply shut off at the valve first, the oven thermostat valve is the usual starting point on an all-gas cavity like this one, rather than a sensor as on an electric oven.
