The MAS304DFMXE is the four-burner predecessor to today’s five-burner MAS305DFMXV, from a Master Series generation before Bertazzoni widened the burner spread on its 30-inch dual-fuel range. The gas cooktop and electric convection oven are diagnosed the same way as the current model — igniters and ports on one side, sensor and elements on the other — but replacement burner caps and grates should be checked against this specific four-burner layout rather than assumed interchangeable with the newer five-burner maintop.
