The PE304INDXV is Bertazzoni’s current 30″ Professional Series induction cooktop, using sensors under the glass to detect compatible cookware before energizing a zone. Because each of the four zones has its own coil and sensor, a “won’t heat” complaint is usually isolated to that one zone’s hardware rather than the whole cooktop’s electronics.
