The PRO244GASXV is the narrow end of Bertazzoni’s Professional line — a 24-inch all-gas range with four aluminum burners rather than the brass MonoBloc set the 30-inch and wider Professional models use. Its 2.5 cu ft cavity runs a single convection fan, not the dual-fan arrangement of the bigger cabinets, so an uneven bake here usually points straight at that one fan or the sensor rather than at an airflow imbalance between two fans. The range is also sold in an LP version, and a unit converted between fuels carries different burner orifices, which is worth establishing before chasing a weak-flame complaint.
