The PRO366BCFEPCAT is the dual-fuel twin of the PRO366BCFGMCAT: identical six-burner brass maintop and griddle, but the cavity underneath is electric, self-cleaning and slightly smaller at 5.7 cu ft rather than 5.9. The practical difference for an owner is the broiler. On the all-gas version it is an infrared gas burner; here it is an element that can fail open at one end, which produces the very specific sign of food browning across only part of the pan.
