A 48-inch Bertazzoni is two ovens in one cabinet, and the PRO486BTFGMXT is the all-gas version of that layout: a 4.7 cu ft main cavity with an infrared gas broiler and a separate 2.4 cu ft auxiliary oven beside it. Each cavity has its own sensor and its own heat source, so a complaint about one side says nothing about the other. The griddle here is electric even on the all-gas range, which catches people out — a cold griddle on this model is an electrical problem on a range whose cooking is otherwise entirely gas.
