Bertazzoni MAS365INMXV

Model # MAS365INMXV

Bertazzoni range repair

The MAS365INMXV is the successor to the MAST365INMXE in the same width, and it inherits the two complaints that generation was known for — heat that is uneven within one zone rather than between zones, and a zone that switches itself off mid-cook. Both point at that zone’s coil or power module rather than at the cookware, and both are worth diagnosing rather than living with, because a zone that cuts out unpredictably is a nuisance in a way a slow zone is not. The plinth fan continuing to run after shutdown is normal and is simply clearing residual heat from the electronics.

FAQ

Bertazzoni MAS365INMXV FAQ

Yes. The induction electronics hold heat after use and the fan clears it, so a run-on period is designed behavior rather than a stuck relay.

That is worth looking at. Uneven heat within a single zone, using cookware that performs correctly elsewhere on the top, points at that coil or its module.
