The FPRO30FDVTC combines Bertazzoni’s double-cavity layout with the steam and Bertazzoni Assistant features found on the flagship single-oven model — two independent cavities in one 30-inch opening, with steam-assist and connected cooking modes added to the main cavity only. As with the simpler double oven, each cavity is diagnosed on its own; the steam system, in turn, is a separate subsystem from either cavity’s standard heating elements.
