The MAS486GGASXV is the 48-inch Master all-gas range — the same twin-cavity architecture as the Professional PRO486BTFGMXT but behind the plainer Master fascia. The griddle is electric on both. What the Master layout changes is access: the single-piece front has to be removed as a unit to reach the gas manifold, where the Professional segmented panel gives sectional access. That is a labor difference rather than a reliability one, and it is worth knowing when comparing the two lines.
